The Sims 4: Game won't launch, blank white page appeared and then gone
Hello
I found a problem when I try to launch The Sims 4 via Origin today. After click 'Play' the game launching a blank white page and then go back to origin window.
This is what I've already done to solve the problem
- remove all mods
- update and repair the game
- update my windows
- restart my PC
- clear caches on Origin
- close Background Tasks
- uninstall and reinstall Origin
- flush DNS Caches
- clean boot
- uninstall and reinstall the game
- play game on a new admin account
But nothing work. The game still not launch and I'm very desperate. Please tell me if there is any way I can try accept buy a new PC.

@jinnajai27 How many monitors have you connected to your computer? I see 2 on the motherboard. One plugged into the HDMI port and one in the HD15. I see nothing plugged into the GT 630 card. I recommend getting the game to work with one monitor connected to the GT 630 card. Did the game ever run with this setup?
