Hi. I have The Sims 4 with lots of add-ons (example attached), but I can't see it in the EA Play app even though I'm logged in correctly (via Google). How come? I even downloaded the update (see attachment), but I don't have the game in my library. Any solutions?
Okay. I launched the game directly from the game icon, which required me to log in again via the game launcher. So I logged in with the same credentials and the game started. Then I quit it and the game now appears in the EA app. WTF?
the same thing is happening to me took out mods and everything so its the launcher not us
