I purchased and installed it from the moment it was ready for pre order and it isn't working, I've been waiting for it and so disappointed! On summer holidays from work and I can't play it 😭 why is ea like this!?
You can not have installed it since it isn't available yet. I can see that you are aware that it was a pre-order. It releases July 25 10AM PDT.
