the Sims 4 won t launch after download and installation from ea games platform.

code error :&nbsp;[de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]&nbsp;I'm on windows 11, on an inspiron 15 from dell, and I'm on WiFi connection 5 G.I have uninstalled it and re-downloaded it, reinstalled it... I tried to repair the installation on Ea games app but doesn't work...Mystery.Do you knows why ?thanks for your help !Adeline.
