there are multiple things crashing my game or maybe one?

1.I made a new save and the loading screen is forever and won't turn on unless I go to my primary save game its basically crashing.

2. I just finished updating all mods and script mods for the new patch and now better exceptions keeps saying this POSSIBLE CAUSE: Server\traits\trait_tracker.py & REASON: [BE Interceptor] BE intercepted this error from a separate mod log so that it can scan for the issue. (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'min_lod_value')" and that if I don't delete or find the problem my game will keep moving unpredictable. I even removed all trait mods to find out what is wrong.

3.why is it that when my sim goes to work and my teen is at school and I switch to my teen the parent pops up at the school?

    Liyahcole​  As a test, please try starting a new save in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

    If you still can't play a new save, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    The last issue sounds like this, with a twist:
