This is new...

I'm on a windows 10 pc with no mods or custom content used and all of the game settings are on minimum. I've already cleared the cache, repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled. So what do I need to...

    Finally got it working. After the reinstall I cut all of the folders in the ea sims 4 folder and pasted them in the steam sims 4 folder then deleted the ea sims 4 folder.

jerv2409​  Please check your antivirus for any recent actions involving Sims 4, Steam, or the EA App.  If you find anything, set the necessary exceptions/exclusions, and try repairing the game again.

    All 3 have exceptions/exclusions, and there's been no actions involving them in the last 2 years.
