Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase

I don't know about everyone else but mine is finally downloading. I thought I'd check tonight and noticed it seemed to be fixed so fingers crossed it downloads! Hopefully everyone else's gets fixed soon too!

Like others, the EA isn't recognising my purchase of the Home Chef Hustle pack. The paypal went through successfully (two payments were processed: 1 to EA Swiss Sarl which went through successfully, and one to Electronic Arts which is pending).  

I have logged out and back in again, rebooted my PC, and cleared the EA app's cache. The EA My Account website shows that I do own the pack. The Sims 4 game recognised I owned the pack but said it wasn't downloaded. Can you please look into this case for me?

@rmt0577 I did the exact same. Cleared the cache, logged out, restarted the app and my computer. I even completely uninstalled my game and reinstalled (which took forever) and it still refused to acknowledge that I bought it. I lodged a ticket yesterday morning. But mine is fixed now, a day and a half later. So EA must be getting somewhere with it. 

@yeiminb2009 Thank you for sharing this with us! You are 100% correct, some form of communication would have been nice.

I'm having this issue too, with Home Chef Hustle. I've cleared cache, restarted my device and done everything that I've been told but it's not working. I managed to fix it in the past via reinstalling origin but now they don't let you do that...

Bought the new the sims 4 home chef hustle stuff pack, got the order confirmation email and it shows on my purchase history but it's not showing to download for over a day and it's imposible to contact EA support

Mine is finally fixed and was able to download the game yesterday evening. Crossing my fingers everyone on this threat will soon be fixed! This was not cool and disappointed in the lack of communication from EA . 

I just bought the new Home Chef Hustle Pack today, it has definitely been purchased as I have order confirmation and the payment came out of my bank, however, it has not been downloaded, and when I click on it on the EA app it just says to purchase it.

I was really eager to play this tonight as it's my only day off work. I am wondering how I fix this, I have rebooted my PC, logged out of the EA app and back in, and repaired my game amongst other things. I am also hoping I will be reimbursed in someway due to this error, as I really don't think its fair.
