Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase

I was able to download mines just a moment ago. Hope this issue is resolved for everyone. I will say when i selected download, it showed the sims 4 pending download, when i closed that window, the Chefs Hustle started to download and completed. When I launched my game it was there. 

Purchased Home Chef Hustle today from Sims 4. It never downloaded. The option to download does not appear on the EA App. Just to purchase. My payment did go through and it shows in my history.

Purchased the Home Chef pack today, 9/30, but it isn't downloadable. The only option the EA App gives is to purchase it again.

I have the same issue, I purchased "Home chef hustle" but I cannot download it.

After purchasing the Chef's Hustle pack it's not showing in the EA app. This is what I've done.

Checked my purchase/receipt,

Deleted Cache of EA app,

Reinstalled EA app,

Logged in and out of account twice,

Reinstalled The Sims 4,

When I load the Sims 4 It shows that I have the pack on the game?

Also the receipt shows as completed and delivered!!

First time actually buying directly through EA and of course I have issues.

Ticket sent more than 36hours ago and nothing.

ALSO NO SUPPORT? what's going on!!!

I am getting this problem too and getting no help at all by anyone I am really fustrated by this and EAs lack of customer support.

I am having the same issue. I bought the pack on Friday and it hasn’t installed. 

I sent an error report and heard nothing until this morning when I got an email saying the issue ws fixed. It’s still not downloading. 

I sent a new error report and have heard nothing back. 

How did other people get this resolved?

Hi, I don't know if this could help...or at least give some hope, after more than 48 hour, I just reload EA app and I was finally able to download the game. So maybe they are working on it or it will resolve by itself and it just take a little more time. I hope you all will be able to download the game without any other issues

I can download the game, but it tells me that i have to "restart to use" on all of my packs now!!

None of them are working!!! I hope it can be fixed!
