Unable to play my sims family

So ever since the patch I can't play my sim family or even create a new sim household to play. It keeps reverting back to the different locations every time I try to play a household. I don't know if this is mods or not. I have a BE below. This is the link to the LE: https://paste.centos.org/view/abf6970c. I do use mods, but I don't know if this is a mod thing or not.
