Male Body Presets Shrink After Entering CAS

Hello. I've been having an issue since a few days ago, where male body presets shrink or reset after entering Live Mode. I've tried everything I can think of to fix this, save for uninstalling and reinstalling the game :

I repaired the game.

I started a new Save File to test if the bug persists, and it does for some Sims but not others. For instance, about a day or so ago, I had a Sim whose presets reset after I entered CAS in my main save, and then I made a new Save to test if it was an issue with that save exclusively. His presets were fine in the new Save. Repeated this test with a new Sim, and the shrinkage happened anyway.

I 50/50'd my mods folder.

I moved all my mods out of the folder and then deleted the old mods folder to generate a new one.

I deleted the localthumbcache after each test.

The Sim I tested still resets/has shrinking presets after entering Live Mode.

This issue ONLY affects male Sims. Female Sims, regardless of whether they had CC or not, do not have this issue.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. This issue is annoying.

I'm still running tests just in case. Right now, I'm moving my presets back in to test them on a new male sim. But I'd love to know if anyone else has this issue and if they found a solution to it.
