PoohbearCo9423 Is it possible you're signing into the wrong EA account? That's very easy to do and also very common, as this long master thread shows:

Even if you're reasonably sure you're in the right account, please try to sign into the EA App with any other email address you have access to. You can click "Forgot your password?" to get a password-recovery email. Check the spam filter as well as the inbox.
If this isn't the problem, please sign into ea.com, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for your purchases there. Let me know what you find.
