Hey so anytime I try and update or repair my sims 4 it keeps saying permissions error or file cannot be found, and anytime i look for any help it just says to clear cache, but that never works?? pls help lol.

So this fixed the update/repair situation but it happened to erase all of the sims like stuff, is there any fix to that or should i just restart totally?
I have the same problem, but this solution doesn't work for me. I've tried everything, but my Sims 4 game never updates.
Are there any other ways I can fix this? Or is there a way for me to figure out what's causing this?

wmapg8n7eqv9 Are you seeing exactly this error, or something else? What antivirus do you use?
