BosseyedWolf Some hotkeys not working is a known issue, although from what I've read, the mouse isn't usually affected. Having said that, your computer should definitely not be restarting on its own. So please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also look for an error that happened at the time of the mouse freeze or restart that is NOT simply "Windows did not shut down properly" or similar. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll open the Reliability Monitor, with a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of one of these freezes, preferably the most recent one. If you're not sure when that happened, you can try to trigger another one, but keep in mind that the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away, so you might need to check again an hour or two later.
