WASD and arrow keys not working for navigation

Since the Update that i installed a few days ago, the WASD and Arrow keys wont work for the navigation of the camera. i have tried reparing the game, i have tried redownloading it, i have tried reset...

I am have this same issue and have exhausted all my options to come to the realization that EA needs to fix it because they broke it during a update. I've used google AI and ChatGPT only for both to tell me the same thing after trying all their trouble shooting, "This is a known EA Bug."
