WASD and arrow keys not working for navigation

Since the Update that i installed a few days ago, the WASD and Arrow keys wont work for the navigation of the camera. i have tried reparing the game, i have tried redownloading it, i have tried reset...

VictoriasUnknown​  The WASD keys work for most players, so EA didn't break the feature in general.  Have you tried every suggestion in this thread, and have you tried switching from the Sims 4 camera mode to Sims 3, or vice versa?

According to my research,  your wrong and yes I tried that also and this issue didn't occur until after the last update.
