why is this happening and how do i fix it

Recently i reinstalled TS4 on another device (my PC) since my old device (my laptop) is broken. In my old laptop, i had bought Cats and Dogs. When i reinstalled TS4 and started playing, it said that i own the Cats and Dogs but i couldn't find it anywhere- not in CAS, not in build mode, it wasn't there. I'm a bit confused on why this is happening, can anyone help please 😭
