Windows 11 PC keeps freezing :c

Hi, so I saved up and bought a powerful gaming pc about a year and a half ago just to play sims. It has a lot of RAM because I love mods and cc. The sad thing is that my pc will freeze randomly during game play. However, it also has frozen up once while just scrolling the internet without having Sims 4 open. So, I am unsure whether or not this is a PC thing or if my game is messing stuff up since the only time I am ever on this computer is to play sims. I also am going to submit a question to Microsoft about this.

This has been an issue for over a month, and I have looked into countless forums. I have edited my power plan in my computer settings to be what is recommended. My drivers are updated. I scanned for any viruses and found none.

Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
Device ID CC3792D0-AAA8-4FC9-80CF-CB8D27C7757C
Product ID 00326-10000-00000-AA859
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Also-this might be incredibly unrealistic, but I'd much rather keep all my mods and cc 🤞

However, I literally have 324GB of content in my mods folder. 😳

I update everything and anything when needed and use the BetterExceptions mod to track down any conflicts.

I am not tech savvy at all! If anyone is able to help, I would very much appreciate it.

@gamingoblin777  There's nothing obvious in your dxdiag, so if you get a freeze with no mods or cc, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 play session, specifically with no mods or cc.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

@puzzlezaddict So I did play more today but with all my mods, I'll make myself play tmrw without mods bc I wanna figure this out lol. Thank you for helping me, I really appreciate it. So, while saving the game, the whole game just crashed but my computer wasn't frozen-Sims 4 just exited out. Here is what I found:

@gamingoblin777  This looks more like the kind of error you might see with conflicting software.  It could still be mod-related, so please do test without your mods.  And if you have any files in ConfigOverride, please remove those too.

If that doesn't help, and you use any Razer apps, uninstall them and test again.  You may be able to reinstall them without reintroducing the issue, but please do test without these apps present.

@puzzlezaddict So I tested with no mods and cc for a while with no problems. And I removed any files from my ConfigOverride folder a few days ago. I couldn't find any razor apps on my computer either :/

@gamingoblin777  If you don't have Razer apps, that's fine; I only mentioned that because Razer software has been an occasional issue for a couple years now, and this is what the associated errors look like.  But if you've played without mods and cc and the game is fine, you have your answer.
