Re: Island Living missing from PlayStation

Hi, I play the sims 4 on my ps5 and im having a problem with the island living expansion.  The game was working perfectly well and now the game says I own the pack, but I can’t access any of its content anymore.. Sulani is gone, items ar gone, and nothing from the pack works. if I try to buy it again inside the game it says I already have it but on the PS Store it shows the price link i never bought it. 

I already checked my EA account, cleared cache… checked my saved! But nothing worked! please help me recover my pack,  thanks

    Did you buy it or did you get it with the ps plus because I seen people talking about some where else that if you got it with plus they wasn’t doing it anymore if u bought it then I’m not sure sorry

    Hi Diegolameirao​ 

    Do you fully own Island Living, or had you been accessing this pack from your PS Plus membership? It looks like Island Living has been removed from PS Plus, you'd need to fully purchase this pack to continue playing it.
