Any kind of tasks is not working its blank

So i'm playing Sims freeplay and i'm currently on level 6. But i don't have any tasks anymore. I think it was after the update i dont know. And any kind of actions is only 1 exp so i cant go further ...

But i'm at level 6 and there is no task as grow a plant available. Shouldn't it come at level 6?

Yes, the progression quest Money grows on trees should be available at level 6.  
Could you show a screenshot of your level up requirements?
