I am unable to play my sims freeplay game now going on a few weeks due to it constantly force closes any time I try to do anything in the game. Sometimes it force closes while trying to open the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have cleared any cashe I can find. I have also restarted my iPad. And I have seen so many other having the same issue as me since this update. Also waiting to hear back from Apple support. But they seem to think it something to do with the game. Can I please get help fixing this!!!! Playing on iPad 9th generation. Also the game and iPad are up to date with updates.
I have the same issue, I just reached out to support and by the time I send the message the game forces me out, I wasn't even able to save , this been happening since last week. I have lost so many progress because of this. Like you I have tried everything. I'm waiting to hear back from support.
