Bug after the update

Hi I’m sending this message because even though I’ve updated my game I didn’t got the first two sets on female clothing on email even though I was longing in the game before the time limit. But I got the last two can you do something so I can got them back?( I have them on my backup account but I haven’t made an online purchase)
