[Bug] SimTown stuck at 8/9 Sims — cannot create new Sim
Hello, I’m having an issue in The Sims FreePlay where my SimTown is stuck at 8/9 Sims.
The game says “SimTown is full” even though there’s still one available slot.
I have already:
- Moved out Sims
- Uploaded and downloaded my cloud save
- Reinstalled the game
- Tried syncing with EA account
But the issue remains.
Please help fix this or reset the Sim population limit for my account.

Xin chào, tôi bị lỗi SimTown chỉ có 8/9 Sims nhưng game vẫn báo đầy.
Đã thử xóa, tải lại, đồng bộ dữ liệu nhiều lần nhưng vẫn không tạo được Sim mới.
Nhờ EA kiểm tra và hỗ trợ reset lại giới hạn giúp tôi. Cảm ơn!
