[INFORMATION (Updated 2024)] - The Sims FreePlay Support

Good news, we've made it easier than ever to get support for The Sims FreePlay. 

You can now reach support directly in-game by clicking the three dots next to the shopping cart icon:

Then the Info button in the top right corner:

And finally by selecting Online Support:

What if you can't open The Sims FreePlay? Don't worry, you can still reach out to us via Help.ea.com for support as well.
