Missing Inventory Items!

It's a great game, but after the update, I can't find the words to describe how much time and money I spent on this game. I go into my inventory and there's nothing there. How can this be? Please bring back the previous version of the building system.

i’m experiencing the exact same issue, i am so mad. i am really hoping they fix this issue otherwise i’m deleting the app. if poured so much time and effort into getting the items in my inventory just to have most of it gone in an update 😡😡😡

i am missing so many of my inventory items. i spent so much time and money building up my inventory to what it was to what? have most of it disappear in a new update. not to mention the new update to the home store is confusing, in my honest opinion the home store should be changed back to how it was originally. i have no idea if my inventory items are gone indefinitely but if so players should be given compensation if that’s the case. this new update actually makes me want to stop playing the game.

I swear, I am missing more and more items from my inventory! Please fix this asap!! At this point, I am asking for a refund of the Simoleon packs I bought with my own money to buy items that I now don’t have!!! This is not right. I am sooo mad. I have been playing this game for a long time and these developers are making things worse, not better. They don’t listen to their players and what their players want, and that’s sad. You basically stole my money. Paying someone for something and not getting it is illegal. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Same here! Items that I got by spending my own money!!!!  I am so mad! Plus what is with making duplicates of items if you want to buy it or if you already have it in inventory. So dumb. Should have a pic of one item and two options within that pic. One of the cost and one of the amount you have in inventory. These people get paid to make these stupid decisions? Wow…

I completely agree with this comment. I’m experiencing exactly the same problem since the latest update. I’ve also lost a large part of the items in my inventory, especially those I obtained through Architect Homes. I’ve also lost items from Mystery Boxes that I had purchased.

It’s really frustrating after spending so much time building and collecting items. I sincerely hope EA fixes this issue quickly and restores all the items we had already obtained. I also agree about the new Build Mode, it’s much less enjoyable than the previous one. I would really prefer to have the old Build Mode back.

Since the last update, including the new build mode design, many items i had in my inventory are missing. It’s all items I can not buy but saved from architect homes or houses I have unlocked. Now everything I put in my inventory from those items disappear too. I have spend so much time on this game and build so many pretty houses and unlocked so many cool homes, but now more than half of what i had in my inventory has disappeared. I really really hope they fix it asap.

also i think the new look of the build mode is really chaotic. It looks pretty but it is nothing like the style of the game and it has many bugs. Please give us the old build mode back.
