Missing Inventory Items!

Same problem here. After all these years, I thought they knew what makes people play the game, but whoever came up with the idea of eliminating or hiding the items doesn’t know anything about The Sims FreePlay. I’ve had the game from the beginning, and what made me keep playing was the inventory — the fact that I can buy a house and have items that I don’t have available for purchase was a push for playing. I also spend real money in the game, but over the last year I’ve experienced so many changes that make me question whether I should continue playing, and this is the tip of the iceberg. I’m just waiting to see if they fix this mistake. If they don’t, I don’t see any reason to keep playing a dead-end game. They should change the name to Sims PAYPlay.

So Fp decided to make a major upgrade & added A Knights Tale scenario. Cool. They also changed the inventory to a cool graphic design. But, 1/2 of our stuff is missing & we can't break down houses because items vanish!! So many people have contacted them. They are ignoring us. FB players are in an uproar. They are wondering if EA is breaking consumer protection laws because ALOT have spent ALOT of money & yrs building their towns. We want the inventory roll back or bugs fixed ASAP. 

I agree, it also blocks the screen making it difficult to see while building.. it’s beginning to be very frustrating and I’m contemplating just deleting the game and moving on.

Since this new update (which is terrible by the way) everything that I transfer to my inventory is going missing and I’m fed up.

Me pasa lo mismo, años de dedicación recolectando objetos exclusivos y con esta nueva actualización todo se ha perdido. Porque la nueva ley es, si no lo compraste no lo puedes tener. Entonces que haremos con los artículos de las cajas sorpresas que estan a la venta en simoleones. Porque esos artículos tambien desaparecieron de mi inventario y los gane comprándolos. Espero que arreglen este desastre porque me daría mucha pena el tener que dejar de jugarlo por esto que se puede solucionar. 

Absolutely it’s frustrating! I am building and doing different things and was wondering where my stuff is!😭 I hope they fix this!😡

I’m experiencing a serious missing inventory issue in The Sims FreePlay after the latest Build Mode/Home Store update.

Before the update, I owned and stored several furniture and decoration items in my inventory. These included items obtained from Architect Homes and houses I had previously purchased/unlocked.

For example:

- A large bathroom sink with a large mirror

- A beautiful bathroom soap rack

- A window called “Chelat Double Mirror” (or a very similar name)

- Other valuable furniture, bathroom items, washing machines, bathtubs, carpets, and decorations

I specifically moved some of these items into my inventory BEFORE changing to another house. After entering the new house, the items completely disappeared.

I have already:

- Checked the Bathroom category

- Checked Counter

- Checked Decorations

- Checked Windows

- Opened the Inventory/box

- Restarted the game multiple times

- Checked the Home Store again

The missing items still do not appear anywhere.

This is especially concerning because I had already spent a significant amount of Simoleons and Life Points building and furnishing my houses. I also sold several houses because I planned to rebuild them, and now many of the valuable items I had saved are no longer available.

I believe this may be an inventory bug related to the recent Build Mode/Home Store update.

Could you please investigate my account and restore the missing inventory items if possible?

I can provide my Player ID, device information, screenshots, purchase information, and a list of missing items if needed.

I have beds that all cost a decent amount that I could sell for about 7000 8000 and I put them in my inventory when I wanted to move them to a new house and now they’re missing they aren’t in the bed section or anything 

Since the new update I have lost many items that I had sitting in my inventory!! EA this bug needs to be fixed as many of your players are experiencing this.
