I went to support team and the first time the support person said they fixed it for me and to restart the game. That didn’t work so I tried to contact them again. I went through the same thing and still nothing! It’s so frustrating. Let me know if they help you.

Make sure the Auto Cloud Save is set off. In your game the three dots at the bottom right -> Options -> scroll to the bottom.
Saving the game this way happens when you open the game, so a save made by the Support will be overwritten right away.
