October Update Deleted XP

Question

This is my first time posting on a platform like this however I felt as though it was necessary. With the last update in mid October 2025, it removed my XP. I initially had millions of extra XP from invested time and efforts within the game, however, when I logged in after the update I was kicked down to 40,000 XP. My next level up requirement is 125,000XP. I had that, plus more, before the update. I feel like I was robbed. With that being said, it is impossible to gain sustainable XP from basic tasks like before because the new update wants you to do the daily tasks to earn you 1,000 XP.. I also just want to mention that it takes an absurd amount of time for basic tasks needed in a progress quest or a discovery quest. Time can range from 15hrs-24hrs per task, sometimes back to back. Making this game ultimately unenjoyable. I really loved this game as an escape from reality and to be creative but this has just become ridiculous. Unfortunately, now I feel like I have to look for a different game.&nbsp;

Exactly the same thing happened to me - I had enough XP that I didn't have to earn any for the next 10 or so levels!! Hours and hours of gameplay XP wiped out. Every single update in the last few months has mucked something up. I have raised a ticket with them, but there is no way to get my XP back as how can I prove what I had. Do I have to start taking screenshots every single flumpin day? I feel your pain, D.

I know someone else has already posted about it, but I wanted to highlight it again. I lost hours and hours and hours of gameplay in XP with the October update. I had enough XP that I did not need to earn anymore for the next 15 levels! It is all gone. And how do I prove I had it? I have had an issue after every update over the last six months at least. Issues with lost Lifestyle Points, Lifestyle points not being added, lost Social Points and, surprise surprise, them not being added. I lost all my saved Keys and didn't get VIP points after paying for some things in the store. Sick. Of. It. I paid for some of that XP in spending points that i PAID for so that is a bit suspect, to say the least. Again, how do I prove how much XP I had? I can't. Am I going to need to take a screenshot of everything every time I finish playing before an update? Seriously wondering if I want to keep playing... I have raised it with an ingame ticket - I will update with results.&nbsp;

Thanks for creating another post about this. Unfortunately, I never took a screenshot of the exact amount of my XP either, as I never suspected they would wipe them. Will continue to vote up posts here regarding the XPs and new daily tasks, as these cannot be considered improvements to the game, it's the contrary! Such a disappointment and very unfair to long-term players.

This is my first time posting here on the forum as well, I had the same issue. I had close to 20M XP and they were all wiped, XP saved from years of playing just down the drain. It's very disappointing, happy to vote up your post.&nbsp;
