The game is not working; "Update error"

Hi

I recently updated the game two days ago.

I was about to complete the existing events, as I had finished the island event, "The Investigation Chapter".

Also, I'm about to finish the wax event, all that's left is to get the "new house from the event" building, and I've spent a lot of jewels.

But the game is no longer working. I can't log in; the system tells me there's an update error and to contact support. Please fix the problem while saving my progress.
