Are you sure it’s supposed to be a daily reward? In the VIP descriptions, it says “daily rainbow cake slices” and “daily simoleon allowance bonus”, for example, but the free hobby spins only days that, not daily. I don’t know, but that would be my guess? If so it’s not a very good reward I must say…
Unless I’m misinterpreting? I’ve attached screenshots. Support just ignore me, or tell me that I am receiving them but that I can only use them once, or that I’ve already used them, which is definitely not the case. I’m only getting 2 hobby spins a day from pet drops. I even recorded videos showing that it wants to charge me LP for hobby spins, regardless of whether the day has been reset or not. For me, the day resets at 6pm for daily rewards, and midnight for sims to resume work/careers. I’m stumped.
