Can’t buy items in the game

Hey y’all,

I’ve been having this same problem for over 4 months now and can’t seem to get help from EA support so I’m hoping someone on here may be able to help! So I have an iPhone XR that I play on and when I try to but stuff using real money (like festival pass or cupcakes ) it just times out and pops up saying “no money was removed from your account” the paying is suppose to come off my credit card linked to my apple account and it works fine in other games. I’ve also tired google this issue and have had no luck😥

so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! 

*i've thought about deleting the whole game account, that’s mentioned under settings but not sure if that would work.*
