Hello, I have previously reported about the game. Can't play, there's a problem. Since I bought Fast-er Forward the sims mobile today I have updated the game. But why hasn't the developer fixed this part? I can't click anything in the game. Due to the new features of the game
I haven't been able to play for a long time. And I think if I update I will be able to play again. but cannot play Game developers shouldn't ignore it, they should fix it.[SalixCat - Removed Player ID. Do you have any updates? I’m literally dealing with the same bug and I’ve been all over Reddit trying to fix it. I’ve updated the game, my iPad, even deleted and reinstalled the game and still the same thing.

Every time I log on, it shows me the new Fast Forward feature in which you have no choice but to click “Check it Out”. However when I do that, The little arrow pops up you click it, and it says “you have to be in an event to use this tool”. The problem with that is; it won’t let me do anything else, the screen is dark it won’t let me click on anything else except the tool that I can’t use. Is it just my game? I literally just updated it. My IPad has been updated, the game has been updated, and I did indeed delete and reinstall it and still this?? What do I do? I feel like I’m missing something much stuff!!

I’m sorry, please walk me through the steps because if I’m understanding correctly, you’re saying we need to submit the help ticket in the game that we can’t play? The only thing I can do is obtain the player ID but once the game loads I cannot do anything… I’m so lost
