Game won't load up

Started playing this game today, and randomly it wouldn't load after an ad, saying check settings apparently it isn't connected to network, yet everything else on the phone is connected and working including the sim free play. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting the phone but still not working. Anyone got any advice?
