My featured purchase

I bought a featured house, the Halloween house with the heart shaped Jacuzzi. Yes, I have been debating whether I would get it and finally decided. So I purchased it and didn't receive it 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 this has never happened before I am sick. I don't see the home or even any of the items any where. I love sims mobile but Im about to quit. I don't see anywhere to get my money back. I'm just hurt, I was looking forward to this place. I wasn't even able to get on the help site. It keeps saying bad site issues. I'm just going to stop playing the game 😔
