Purchase Error
As other people have mentioned, there is a bug which won’t let you buy anything within the game, instead kicking you out of the transaction attempt with a message saying “No money removed from account” or “Restart to complete transaction” (which doesn’t do anything).
A number of players have reported this, but EA won’t acknowledge the error, despite the fact that this is stopping people from giving them money. Is there anything else that can be done at this point? Why would they ignore this?
