Hi. Ever since the Vlogger challenge popped up I’ve not been able to access my game. I can’t report it because I can’t find out what my user ID is to ask for better help. The game won’t go past that screen for three days now. I’ve redownloaded it seven times, turned off my phone, and did all the stuff said to do in an article I read. ANY help would be great. I really really want the Vlogger challenge, although I’m sure it’s over due to the fact I started it days ago and the screen has been acting up during the challenge time ☹️ The picture below is all that comes up when I start the game

It's rather frustrating to be told to provide player ID WHEN YOU CANT GET THE GAME TO LOAD TO ACCESS IT.

Having the same problem and also don't have my ID so they can't just roll back the game. ☹️ I cleared my cache, deleted app data and then uninstalled the game. Hard rebooted then reinstalled. At that point trying to log into my game gets me to the moon like a new day is about to start then it freezes there.

You would think there was a way to access the info outside of the app for things like this. And I think they should fix it and update ASAP because 1. It is a waste of money if you can't access the game. 2. They will lose players over one bug. 3. This is happening to enough people that it should be a priority .I might just delete the game a find and find another. Why have a game on your device that takes up space and data?

I don't blame you, I'm level 40, all my hobbies, jobs and relationship stories are done (was finishing up the last 3 when my game broke) so far I haven't been able to finish half the events because they took to long to do or the items were randomly drawn and my luck wasn't good enough to get any of the good items like the hot tub. My desire to play the game anymore is fading fast.

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

I’ll have to access it another way because I can’t access past the screen to reach the “help” button.

I am having the same issue. Nothing gets past the screen, so there is no way to look at the info. I have done everything for trouble shooting yet nothing works.

So I missed out on this quest with this account. This has happened to me three times now. Each time I make a new account, which is what is suggested, I get screwed out of an event and miss all the items from earlier events. I will not spend another dime on this game!

Well that really sucks because I don’t want to spend money to get the Vlogger thing and I’ve missed the challenge. I’m 34 years old and have to work and have enough problems in my life - so I excape into my Sims life and now it’s got problems hahaha
