I didn't get it either despite having Duffman and doing the task. I opened a ticket. Now it's there but it'll cost me 30 donuts. Yeh right. That'll happen.

I was able to get in the game on Christmas and received the Duff Tree, but my wife couldn't and she has the option to purchase it for 30 donuts. So, if I understand this correctly, people who could not get on the server on Christmas received 10 or so donuts if they contact EA and it will only cost these poor souls 20 more donuts for the free item they should have received for free?

I managed to log in for about 10 seconds before it booted me out. I got the Duffman task and managed to get in for another 10 seconds later on Christmas Day when I completed it. No beer tree. I've raised a ticket too. Let us know how you get on.

I have also opened a ticket about this...I actually really like this tree and would love to have it to place next to my Duff Brewery. Certainly don't want to have to pay 30 donuts for an item I should have had for free though!

Not to stoke the flames- but you NEED to get yours. Don't let EA off the hook.
You might (will) have to wait 3 hours but you will get it.
