- Android here, but maybe something similar is happening on your i-device.
Last time TSTO would not give me the login (the normal things would not fix it), I went into the application manager and noticed that it was not installed on the sd-card, but was using a small amount of space there. Strange! So I cleared the cache and the data, and then uninstalled it. Then reinstalled it. That solved the problem with not being able to get logged in for me.
Could be it had nothing to do with it, but I'd run out of ideas.

Many devices have small storage space, if you have a memory card, go to apps and move the game to the memory card, then ensure the cache has been cleared. Has worked for me. :D

I've received 4 emails from EA basically saying the same thing: please restart your phone, reinstall the app, try logging in from another device, etc. -- with still no difference. I haven't been able to log-in for ~6 days.
Well, basically they're trying to say that this problem is on my end. After numerous attempts on other devices, and the ability to sign into other accounts from my phone, I can be confident, this issue is out of my control.
All I've been asking for is an explanation, but they've failed to do so.
I've been a premium user for a while now, and I'm not asking for any special privileges. But the amount I spent on the game (with proof of purchases from the Apple store), I'm eligible to file a small claims case with the Better Business Bureau.

You CAN'T access your SF on your device or other devices.
You CAN access others SF on your device.
That sounds like when SP first appeared and people had problems but I don't think that's the case here.
I would say keep on at EA, and if you still don't get anywhere with them, they just ignore you, make more of a fuss.
Sorry I can't help with some kind of fix other than what's already been suggested! Hope it gets sorted out for you soon!- I haven't, and hopefully won't.

Yeah, that's correct. I can't access my SF anywhere on my device or anyone else's.
I can access other accounts on my device.
But weird thing, other friends can still visit my SF.- I'm having this problem too at the moment didn't realise this was the same issue if you check my post 'Dear Neighbors' you'll see I have a open case with EA regarding it at the moment i'm waiting for a reply from a specialist at the moment, I was given the same bull try Troubleshooting thing's which I have done allllllllll i'll let you know what they say next but the general advisers just seem to be fobbing me off so lets see what the specialist has to say

Have you asked for it to escalated? That seems to be what is happening with mine now but you never know with these lot!- I have a similar problem with my game, and it's been happening ever since Gil popped up. I can get into the game relatively simple (although for the last month I've gone straight into the no connection page, it's fine after that), but it moves about very slowly, doesn't always show handshakes, stops notifications and very soon just crashes.
I'll uninstall/reinstall in the morning, but it won't be a memory or space issue, it's a new iPad. AOFIGO009 wrote:
