If 18 donuts is significant to you then you can ignore the tips for pros.

if you are not trying to "stir the pot", then why write a novel putting down the idea being presented by someone just trying to help? You could have simply written: "I disagree with this tip as I would prefer to acquire donuts"
I never said I wasn't trying to stir the pot. You might want to work on your reading comprehension or go back and quote the right person. I was just trying to explain why this tip isn't a great idea unless you struggle to finish events or have some burning need to be done 5 days early instead of 6. But thanks for reading my "novel". I love all of the snarky "pros" on here. By the way, nice gif. Super funny and original.
dude, I think it is safe to say that you are just not a good person. Enjoy the game though.
He's not a good person?! That's not very empathetic! He made his original point (maybe in a long-winded way - but that was so that the theory was fully explained) and that was also presented as "trying to help" just as the OP was.

I'm sorry I disagreed with the premise of your "pro tip" and explained why so others could see that there is an alternative strategy based on math, especially when many players with less experience than both of us are relatively donut-poor. Next time I'll let them learn from you only.
it has nothing to do with disagreeing. I appreciate that you have a different POV. It's the way you chose to say it. That's why people attacked your post. Tone and words matter. That's your pro tip of today.

I save up daily tasks before the event, not for the main prize-track currency, but in case the event daily tasks include the spendable event currency. It's never hard for me to make it thru the main prize-track, but I'm always spending tons of donuts at the end to stock up on event-specific, non-unique items. However, I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to items (in case come up with a design that requires lots of a specific item), and I have gotten to the point with donuts where the biggest pain is simply clicking bonut boxes ad-infinitum. Getting extra spendable event currency saves me the annoyance of grinding out more bonuts.

M y last 2 cents and then I just don't care anymore. @cdepast just tried to give some advice. @chadstraus97 disagreed with this advice in a long drawn out snarky rant, whether or not you intended it to be come off that way. People then came to the defense of cdpest who has been a helpful positive member of this forum for years. People also came to the defense of chad saying he was just expressing his point of view. When you compare the original post by cdpest to the retort of chad, there is no comparison as to which one is the aggressive demeaning one. We do not need demeaning posts here anymore. We have had out share. Everyone here can share their opinions, but you do not have to be an ---hole about it.
All the best!!
