TSTO on Pc (BlueStacks) - problem

Now, the weird thing is, my husband can sign in to BlueStacks without any problem, and the second I try with mine it crashes again! Is anyone else having the same problem? I don't really know what's wrong with it.

Try uninstall and install the game again?
My brother did that, and problem solved.

    I'm level 29 with a couple land expansions left. And also, no farms.
    I thought WD was the problem, but nobody else seems to have a problem with it. But I don't know, I was thinking of trying to log in again after WD, and see if the update fixed it. It sucks I can't use it tho, because it looks great!
