I don't think there will be a new game every year.Codemasters will probably offer a DLC for the 2024 season with the new cars and new rallies: Poland and Latvia (probably there will be other rallies added as we have seen with Mediterraneo,Iberia....).
It remains to be seen when this paid DLC will be available.I hope that the developers will not wait until the end of the season to offer it......Well, considering the state they released the game in 3 months ago, I honestly believe they should offer 2024 liveries and drivers as a free DLC, to try and compensate for selling us a half-finished product in the first place.
You can already get all 2024 liveries for free if you're wanna be cheap
No you can't on PS5.
