Re: "Profile does not meet age requirements"

I cannot get into my apex every time i try it gives me an error code saying "This profile does not meet age requirements to play online. see ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information." im 17 and ive been playing the game since i was 13 and am just now having an issue after the recent update is there any way to fix the issue?
