The Legendary Token unlock button has disappeared!

I can't unlock the Legendary Conduit. I have enough Legendary Tokens and have restarted the game many times, but the "Unlock" button is simply missing from the Legendary unlock interface. This issue doesn't occur on my other accounts—only this one. I've attached a picture and request a fix.
