Servers Broken

Every time I load into a match or even my firing range, the server times out, I get 100 packet loss and it sends me back to the start menu. I've restarted my system and nothing else seems to work either. First I had to redo my settings every time I logged in at the start of split and now I can't even log in or play period. This games officially on a downslope. 3rd report I've made in the past month🤦🏾
