Unable to connect EA Servers

Hello, I have had this error on a regular basis for 2 weeks now. I have reviewed all the methods on the Internet and none of them helped, I do not know what to do. What was changed: I switched to Secure Boost from CMS in BIOS, for some time everything worked, but after some time (I did nothing) it stopped working. Returned to CMS, removed Secure Boost, no change. Tried all the commands via CMD as advised, tried to reinstall, change the DNS server. Tried to connect via phone to understand that the problem/provider is not related to the router. Apex did not respond in any way. In general, I really tried all the methods that are on the Internet, but none of them worked. I am desperate, I can not achieve anything. I play on Steam. Tried from the EA application, the same thing happens. What should I do? How can I log in? Nothing helps.
