Unable to connect to EA servers [Code Anti-Cheat Authentication Time Out]

’ve been getting the “Unable to connect to EA servers (anti-cheat authentication)” error for the past two days and can’t seem to fix it. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, switching between the EA app and Steam, resetting my internet, updating to Windows 11, verifying game files, running the anti-cheat program as an administrator, and even resetting my PC to factory settings — still no luck.
Has anyone else run into this or found a fix?

Hello, i was facing the same problem, but found solution on EA-forums.
The only thing that helped me after 6 hours of seeking info was this:
Open cmd as an administrator, and then run the following three codes one by one:
certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst
certutil -addstore -f root roots.sst
del roots.sst
