Hi team,
I have an issue and EA chat help said to post this here for further help please.
I cannot load past the "Apex Legends" screen with the spinning circle after launching the game, it just spins forever.
I have tried many things, such as deleting the license, launching via steam, EA app, uninstall and installing again, verifying files,
This issue is consistent on my old PC and now my new PC, it also does not work on my partner's machine on their account so I think this issue must be something with our ISP?
Is there any tests I can do to confirm or rule this out? Any advise greatly appreciated thank you!
