EA Play Pro not rewarding Battlefield 6 Season 1 Rewards

I purchased an EA Play Pro membership to receive the rewards for Season 1 (as the season is about to end). However, those rewards aren't being granted.

These include:

• L110 - "Hazard" Weapon Package
• Dog Tag "Take It In" 
• Anti-Air Vehicle Skin "Deadweight"
• Weapon Sticker "Pumping Iron"
• Weapon Charm "Buried Alive"
• Double Battle Pass XP Booster

I've tried reaching out to Support & they've said that these rewards can't be granted & that we have to wait for a fix, so I'm making this bug report due to that.
