EA, please don’t ignore us. 🔧 Ongoing DirectX crashes, BSODs, PC restarts

I have the same problems. I built a new system for BF6 but it has still been crashing for 1.5 months. When I correspond with the people at EA, they tell me to follow the forums. Even though I sent all the bug reports to them, they practically tell me to solve it among myselves. I think there are call off duty guys in the team working on this and they are literally sabotaging it :) Because for the first time, BF6 is ahead and while they have gained this momentum, I think they act like they should just sell it and solve the rest among themselves. We have corresponded with EA for pages and even though I told them that this bug is theirs not mine, they easily say to check the forums. I think the excess money has relaxed them.
