REDSEC Bugs - Latin America

I'm on the same boat as you. I'm from Mexico, although I know we don't have servers here, I always connect to US-South and never had issues, always 30/40 ping, but ever since the update I cannot win a single gunfight, its like my bullets were non-existent for the server. Like, From 10 bullets, only 3 or 4 are being registered, but not only that, my mouse movement feels kinda off, like if there was some kind of bump preventing me from correcting against the recoil. It is frustrating because I never had any net code issues, but now all of sudden the game is barely playable for me. I hope they come up with a backend update soon.
