Soldier skins appearing completely shadowed in customization

When viewing soldier skins in the menu, specifically when your swapping their skins, the model will appear completely dark and shadowed. All of their skins will be affected by this bug. This only hap...

Hi there! Thank you for reporting this issue.  Please try the following steps just to see if it’s a simple file glitch, and let us know if that helps or not :

  1. Clear your Shader Cache first. 
  2. Completely restart your PC or console.
  3. Verify your Game Files. Run a file integrity scan to find and replace corrupted files. You can do this through the EA App or Steam, depending on your platform.
