When downloaded the game the first problem was that it did not show up on the EA app. When I launch the game it says "Update to the latest version" and is not letting me play online. When I try to play offline it kicks me out of the game. I tried everything that live chat advised me to it didn't work. There are also 3 files missing. I CAN NOT REFUND THE GAME TO MY BANK BECAUSE OF STEAM.

I have the same problem as you. I haven't tried it online yet, but after a few rounds in career mode, it crashes without giving an error and when I verify the files on Steam, it shows 3 files are missing.
